Oxygenic age
By measuring the amount of oxygen in our cells, we can determine our oxygenic age. In an ideal world, it should be 15 or even 20 years below our actual age. Such results are, however, rare in today’s world. On average, every person is older in oxygen age-related terms, than in reality.
Reason? Stress, a diet containing a small amount of vegetables and fruit, polluted air and constant fatigue. That is why oxygen therapy is slowly becoming a standard in countries where health awareness is at a high level.
